Toledo is about 50 kilometers away from Cebu City proper.

Toledo is the only city on the western seaboard of Cebu province facing and providing ease of access by ferryboat or “Ro-Ro” to the neighboring island of Negros Oriental.

At first glance, Toledo City does not look as progressive as Cebu’s other cities. Still, Wikipedia affirms that “Toledo is widely known for its huge mining industry owned by Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation, which is the umbrella of Carmen Copper Corporation and its Toledo Mine.”

Following suit, CareHealth Plus sought to “mine” golden opportunities in Toledo City’s need for healthcare awareness among its laid-back community. CareHealth Plus-Toledo was established specifically for this purpose.
