CareHealth Plus-One Davao maintains its prestigious offices at the 15th floor of the Landco Corporate Center along J.P. Laurel St., Davao City. Landco is the more popular moniker for the place and its surroundings identifying the area as the “Makati of Davao” due to the continued mushrooming of high rise buildings making it a bustling commercial, financial and economic hub of Davao City. From its 15th floor offices, CareHealth Plus-One Davao offers a panoramic vista of the Davao Gulf and the Samal island in the east and towards the south is a commanding view of the sprawling commercial center of Davao City.

CareHealth Plus-One Davao is proud of its storied heritage. In the last quarter of 2015, Carehealth Plus opened its Davao South branch at Saito Bldg., Matina, Davao City. Gradually but surely, the name of Carehealth Plus became a familiar name among the city’s populace brought on by the company’s investment opportunities from its healthcare offerings. The company expanded in June of 2016 by establishing another branch in the heart of the city; this was known then as the Davao Central branch located at Coching building, Palma Gil Street. In another bold move, CareHealth Plus opened its Davao North branch in June 2019 at the Victoria Plaza, the very first mall of Davao. In yet another resolute push and despite the onrush of the global pandemic, CareHealth Plus launched its Davao East branch in 2020. Finally, in February 2021 amid the surge of COVID-19, our company acquired its present expansive unit at the 15th floor of Landco Corporate Center, finally housing CareHealth’s four branches and giving rise to CareHealth Plus-One Davao.
