CareHealth Branch Schedule Nationwide

As the Philippine government eases down the community quarantine measures around the country, we are pleased to announce that all our CareHealth Plus’ branches nationwide are back in full operation. All our branches open at 9:00 in the morning and close at 5:00 in the afternoon, Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, we are open from 9:00 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon.

In accordance with the Department of Health’s (DOH) guidelines, our offices will be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly every day. CareHealth branches will provide sanitizing footbath mats and bottles of hand sanitizing gel. Furthermore, a CareHealth Plus sanitation officer will check Members’ temperatures by non-contact infrared thermometers before Members can get inside of our office. In order to protect the safety of our employees and Members, a plastic barrier will be placed inside the CareHealth Plus office to minimize any contact during transactions and to avoid the spread of the virus. In addition, a no face mask, no entry policy will be implemented across all our branches.

We also encourage all our Members to exercise proper social distancing measures when queueing for any CareHealth Plus’ transactions. In any case, we strictly advise that you do not force yourself to go outside when there is another highly contagious COVID-19 variant.
