Dear CareHealth Plus Members,

Upon the announcement of the nationwide lockdown last March 16, we have decided that our head office will remain open while all our other branches will be closed temporarily in order to protect the safety of our employees and you, our Members.

We have undeniably faced various challenges due to the strict implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ). But thanks to all our departments, we overcame those challenges. Because of this, CareHealth Plus head office was up and running from the onset of lockdown.

From the third week of March, our Accounting, Finance, Audit, Medical Billing and Agency & Members Account Departments as well as our Cashier are in business as usual due to our stay-in strategy. CareHealth Plus’ stay-in strategy is an approach where we provide living accommodations to our employees within our main office building. We also provide all the meals of our employees as well as disinfectant materials and equipment. In addition, there is a regular monitoring of the health condition of all our stay-in employees and staff by our health professionals located in our office. Strict health protocols were observed within the building to ensure the safety of our entire workforce.

Other departments such as Training, Group Business and Communications use the work from home plan because workload from these departments can be done remotely. Currently, most of our departments in the head office utilize the stay-in strategy while all our branches nationwide are finally open once again.

We have always believed that a company like ours has to be at the forefront of exemplary health maintenance service especially during this pandemic. This means offering flexible and affordable programs to Filipinos. This means adjusting our programs to what are the most important health needs and its availability nationwide. This means reducing our fees where possible and buying time for our Members to recover from the damages caused by COVID-19. This also means staying strong so that CareHealth Plus can be a positive force in the recovery of the whole country. 

Health Maintenance Organizations are now one of the industries that are taking the lead in the fight against COVID-19. But our  resilience is unbreakable and our commitment to work and to you, our Members will remain steadfast.
